$35 Beer 101 Tuesday, January 19, 2010 7pm
Objective: To correctly identify different styles of beer. This class is for the novice beer drinker or the person who wants to test their existing knowledge and be exhaulted as a connoisseur. Sure to be entertaining and tasty all at once. Elizabeth will be there to answer all your brewing questions on styles and taste differentiations of the vast array of brews produced throughout the world. Class includes tastes of many different types of beer so come thirsty!
$45 Cooking with Beer Tuesday, February 16, 2010 7pm
Objective: To understand how beer and food come together to create tasty culinary delights. Explore different recipes using your favorite brews to enhance food flavor. home/made Chef Monica Byrne teams up with Elizabeth Lyons of Dogfish Head Brewery to answer all your food and beer questions and show you some inspired recipes you can make yourself at home. Class includes a few tastes of her beer infused creations paired with some brews on tap.
$35 Home Brewing Tuesday, March 16, 2010 7pm
Objective: To learn how to brew your own beer at home! Elizabeth Lyons of Dogfish Head Brewery is back again to show you how to properly brew up your own creations. Bring note pad and paper, this will be valuable information. This woman knows what she's talking about. Course includes complimentary brew on tap to inspire your home brew ideas.
