Meet the author/artists of four exciting books, just in time for Halloween! On hand will be MATT TAVARES, illustrator of Jack and the Beanstalk, E. Nesbit’s classic retelling of the old English folktale; YANGSOOK CHOI for Behind the Mask, about a boy who uses his grandfather’s traditional Korean masks for Halloween; KEN ROBBINS for Pumpkins, a nonfiction book taking a new look at the vegetable integral to any Halloween celebration; and HOWARD FINE, illustrator for Beware, Take Care: Fun and Spooky Poems by Lillian Moore. The author/artists will present their newest works, answer questions, and sign copies of all their titles. Noon – 2pm.
