The 42nd Running of the ING New York City Marathon

One of the most anticipated events in New York City.

From more than 100.000 applications annually, only about 45,000 runners will take part in this year's race across all 5 boros.  The race attracts professionals and professionals battling for $600,000 in prize money.  The marathon is watched by more than 315 million people worldwide.

9:10 a.m. Professional Women
