Who says you need to spend big for a summer concert?   The Martin Luther King Jr. series offers the best in R&B and gospel music, and best of all it's free.  The concerts take place during the months of July and August at Wingate Field opposite Kings County Hospital.  There is no smoking or drinking allowed and other restrictions may apply.
