It's one of the New York's most colorful parades. The 53rd annual Puerto Rican Day Parade kicks off at 11am on June 13th. Millions of people are expected to line the parade route from 44th to 86th Street. And while the parade route's been shortened by seven blocks this year to save the city money, the party is expected to last well into the evening.
