In a rite of spring, thousands of New Yorkers head to East River State Park in Williamsburg for Smorgasburg. This open-air food court is a destination every Saturday from April 6 through the Fall featuring an assortment of foods from creative vendors. This year's entries include Kombucha popsicles at The Better Pop, dim sum at Jim Fong, German dumplings at Muzzles, open-faced Nordic sandwiches at Smor, poke at Sons of Thunder, Hawaiian dumplings at Wonton Tiva and many more. >>
