Meet 6 authors and artists of thrilling mystery and fantasy adventures for younger readers! Joining us will be British author GERALDINE McCAUGHREAN for Peter Pan in Scarlet, the first official sequel to J.M. Barrie’s Peter Pan, in which the Darlings and the Lost Boys must reclaim their lost childhood and return to Neverland; JAMES HOWE for Bunnicula Meets Edgar Allan Crow, where everyone’s favorite vampire bunny is threatened by a mysterious horror writer and his sinister pet crow; ELISE PRIMAVERA for The Secret Order of the Gumm Street Girls, the tale of four girls who are swept away to a menacing magical land; TRACY MACK & MICHAEL CITRIN for Sherlock Holmes & the Baker Street Irregulars: The Fall of the Amazing Zalindas, a tale of the legendary detective and the infamous street urchins who assist him; and BRETT HELQUIST, artist for Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events and The Beatrice Letters as well as The Floating Island by Elizabeth Haydon, a story of magic and adventure on the high seas. The authors and artists will present their newest works, answer questions, and sign copies of all their titles. 2 – 4pm.
