230 Fifth
|
Neighborhood: Flatiron District Type of Place: Rooftop Bars Description: Up on the roof! New York's hottest new rooftop bar, complete with its own penthouse lounge, has opened at 230 Fifth and is sure to be a steamy summer destination. It's the creation of club guru and restaurateur Steven Greenberg. This sprawling rooftop lounge comes complete with palm trees and cabanas, two full bars and stunning views of the Empire State Building and pretty much the whole city. It’s filled with lots of beautiful ladies in pumps and pumped up men sipping $12 drinks while nibbling on Malaysian finger food. - Thomas Rafael
Best rooftop lounge in NYC so far This place is like a Vegas style club. Fancy interior and furnishings, a huge rooftop deck (not like most of the other rooftops in NYC) and the view is great. They also give you red robes to wear while your on the roof to warm up. It's a large, posh place. gyz May 17, 2008, 10:26.12 pm ET Roof Hopper Even though there was work yet to be done on the space, it is easy to see this will be my new hangout. The roof top is massive but intimate at the same time, not to mention an indoor space with amazing views as well. May 12, 2006, 8:34.51 am ET |
