Neighborhood: Chelsea Type of Place: Clothing Description: After having a store within a store at Rainbows and Triangles, local designer Richard Cohen is out on his own, opening up Conquete in the heart of Chelsea The shop offers a large assortment of sportswear, swim suits and casual clothing for men in light pastels and irridescent colors to vibrant floral patterns. The store's manager tell me the "clothing is designed for people of all ages and lifestyles who like to have fun and look good while doing it." The shorts and fitted shirts will set you back about $60, $150 for the nylon jackets, $40 for swim trunks and $35 for men's bikinis (which are pretty revealing). The shop has just two lines, Spring and Winter, and sells simwear all year round. Definately worth a visit. - Shopper Sam
