Neighborhood: West 60s Type of Place: Outdoor Gear Description: ExtraVertical is a public climbing gym and shop located inside the Harmony Atrium on Broadway between 62nd and 63rd street. We have 3,000 square feet of climbing, including 16 top ropes. We also have the tallest wall in the city, a 50 foot covered outdoor lead wall open year round! The indoor 30 foot portion of our wall is heated in the winter. For your convenience, lockers, changing room, and a retail shop with an array of climbing gear, videos, books, and drinks and snacks are available.
