Empellon means "to push," and chef Alex Stupak is hoping to push the boundries with a fresh new take on Mexican food. The menu includes minute steak and fish tempura tacos, tuna ceviche and short rib soup with salsa roja. For dessert, chocolate flan with masa-cocoa strussel and cinnamon ice cream, or maybe a refreshing papaya sorbet cone. There's also a six-course tasting menu and a lengthy tequila list. Viva Mexico!
