Dale Talde, whose Talde restaurant on Seventh Avenue in Park Slope is already drawing rave reviews for its Asian-inspired dishes, is at it again. This time, he and his team, are turning their attention to the "other" white meat. The bar/restaurant is located just off Carroll Street on 5th Avenue. And while the bar is centered on bourbon, whisky and rye, the menu has an emphasis on pork; St Louis ribs ($13/$22), a pulled pork sandwich ($8), a BLT ($6) and a homemade Porky Melt ($6.50). You will also find buffalo chicken wings ($10), country ham with a biscuit ($8) and fried chicken ($14 for 1/2 a chicken). Sides include tater tots, coleslaw, potato salad and corn bread.
