Summary: Good vibes. Great sandwiches. That's the theme at Potbelly, a new spot in Rockefeller Center, serving made-to-order sandwiches. Each sandwich arrives in its own warm roll (regular or wheat). Choices include turkey breast, roast beef and smoked ham. There's a meatball hero topped with marinara sauce and provolone. But the star of the show is "The Wreck," a sandwich loaded up with salami, roast beef, turkey, ham and Swiss cheese. It's then loaded up with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions and hot peppers. Now that's a mouthful. Potbelly got its start in Chicago in an antique shop amid vintage stoves and quickly became a local favorite, serving up sandwiches and shakes. Aside from shakes and smoothies, the restaurants also serving up giant size oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and ice cream sandwiches. - Thomas Rafael
