MENO, a tea and coffee experience harkening from China's Hunan Province, now has a location in the West Village, not too far from Washington Square Park. The shop specializes in coffee juices and dark tea, all set in a tranquil and serene space. Offerings include Twilight (lemon juice and coffee), Mimosa (orange juice and coffee) and PPAP (pineapple juice and coffee). MENO is also known for its dark teas, which are among the most ancient teas from China and rarely found in New York City. The teas, which can be served hot or cold, have undergone microbial fermentation for up to eight years. Choices include Dark Beauty (dark tea, milk, whipped cream and pecans); Pur Pur (dark tea, milk, purple yam and boba); and Penta Kill (dark milk tea, herbal jelly, boba, red bean, oats and raisin). A small curated food menu includes savory choices such as Smoked Chicken Breast Salad and Beef Bologna Sandwiches. As for sweets, the shop has partnered with Keki serving up Original Bouncy Cakes. Outdoor seating is available.

MENO is located as 218 Thompson Street, New York, NY 10012 (646) 226-9797
