"How many of the world’s cuisines did we make in our home because of you? How much did you teach us? Kitchen Confidential was our son’s favorite book by the time he was 12.
We believed you were the cranky, realist & pessimist who could make it through in this awful world. If only we knew what was going on in your head. How many people would have run to save you.
Anthony Bourdain... you are so, so missed. You will always be."
Cheryl, Brad + Jack Miller
Dear Tony,
"Thank you for inspiring the world with your endless curiosity and life experiences, your passion for exploring new places and foods. Your utmost respect for all cutures and peoples. Thank you for making an impact on many of us by bringing us with you on your journey to parts unknown. Thank you for inspiring me to get out of my comfort zone, be true to myself, and try strange things with an open mind, candor and a sense of humor."
"It's been an adventure."
