The restaurant is known for its rotiserrie chicken, which can be ordered with rice & beans, fries or fried plantains. Two types of ceviche are offered, including Civiche de Pescado with fish and choclo (large Peruvian corn) and Mixto with mixed seafood.

Another standout dish is the Jalea, a pile of deep-fied seafood, including shrimp, fish, calamari, crab, scallops and fried casava topped with red onions and hot peppers marinated in lime juice. It's a great dish for sharing.

Also on the menu are traditional dishes like Salchipapas (french fries and hot dog slices), Lomo Saltado (stir-fried beef with onion, tomatoes and french fries), Papa Rellena (mashed potato stuffed with beef, egg and olives similar to a croquette) and Aji de Gallina (shredded chicken in a cream sauce with Peruvian spices).
