AUDRA MCDONALD TO HEADLINE CITY CENTER GALA

Six-time Tony Award winner Audra McDonald will perform a special Gala concert to benefit City Center—all filmed live in the City Center theater. 

This intimate evening of popular standards from the Great American Songbook and classics from the golden age of Broadway premieres on Wednesday, December 9 at 7:30pm and will be available on demand through January 3rd.  The concert will be introduced by Michael Urie, and Andy Einhorn will accompany McDonald.

McDonald’s many Broadway credits include “Carousel,” “Ragtime,” “Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar & Grill,” “Shuffle Along,” “Marie Christine,” “Frankie & Johnny in the Clair de Lune,” “Master Class,” and “The Gershwins’ Porgy & Bess”
