A rare and refined culinary event is set to unfold on Thursday, April 24th at Passerine as Chef Chetan Shetty presents a 7-course Indian tasting menu paired with exceptional vintages from Château Musar, Lebanon’s most storied winery.

Held in an intimate setting at 6:30pm, this one-night-only dinner will spotlight the spice-driven ingenuity of Chef Shetty’s cuisine alongside wines drawn from the Bekaa Valley, a region with winemaking roots dating back thousands of years. The evening opens with a welcome pour of Musar Jeune Rosé, followed by rare white vintages (1997, 2016), the 2018 Rosé, and a deep dive into Musar’s iconic reds—some stretching back over 20 years.

Adding to the evening’s allure, Marc Hochar, a member of the legendary Hochar winemaking family, will be in attendance to share insights into Musar’s singular terroir and philosophy.

Tickets are $400 per person (plus tax and gratuity), with limited seats available. Reservations required.
