Head to the Union Square Greenmarket this weekend. It's buzzing with leafy greens, ramps, root veggies, and herbs. Look for tomato and lettuce starts, plus fresh-cut flowers and local honey. Saturday is the best day to shop with the most farmers and activities on site. Cooking demos and live tastings make it a full-sensory spring outing. Visit Saturdays 8am–6pm at Union Square.

Finally, L’Alliance New York presents the U.S. premiere of Les Mutants de la Vallée by French artist Fabrice Hyber, on view from April 16 to August 1. Known for his cross-pollination of art and science, Hyber brings a visionary project rooted in ecology to life. Since the 1990s, he has transformed farmland into a thriving forest, planting thousands of tree species. The result: a series of evocative watercolor drawings and sculptures that explore nature’s resilience and mutation.

Until Next Time, we'll be seeing you Around Town!
