Around Town - The Golden Girls Pop-Up at the Seaport, Santa's Secret Returns to Hudson Yards & more!

Now you can dine like The Golden Girls at the Seaport. Bucket Listers is presenting its pop-up: The Golden Girls Kitchen starting on December 7th. The immersive pop-up transports fans into the world of their favorite golden girls. The 90-minute experience includes a "Golden Main" course and slice of cheesecake, along with a selfie inside Blanche’s Boudoir. Tickets start at $40 pp here.

Christmas is almost upon us and so is the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree which will remain lit into the New Year (See Live Cam). There are also plenty of new places to dine out at The Rock – Jupiter, Naro and Le Rock to name a few. The tree has also been lit at nearby Bryant Park, which also offers ice skating.

The holiday revelry continues with a trip to Santa’s naughty side at Hudson Yards. Santa’s Secret described as “the best elfing speakeasy this side of the North Pole” returns to NYC this holiday season with snow angels, gingerbread ladies and rugged lumberjacks. The Ice Queen is also making an appearance in a life-size snow globe, along with holiday cocktails and lots of good cheer. Tickets $75. More info here.

The Coda Williamsburg (16 N 12th St) is launching a retail pop-up in its lobby with a tightly curated array of self-care goods, including Apothia’s Channukah Candle and diffuser, Supergoop sunscreens, Jenni Earle Intention bracelets and more. For an added treat, shoppers visiting between 12:00 – 4:00 PM will receive a complementary glass of champagne to indulge in while shopping from December 9-11.
