Atoboy, the boundary-pushing Korean restaurant from husband-and-wife duo Chef Junghyun ‘JP’ Park and Ellia Park, has unveiled its spring menu—and it's a reminder that exceptional dining in New York doesn’t have to break the bank. The four-course, $75 prix fixe remains one of the city’s most accessible high-end experiences, rooted in the vibrant traditions of Korean banchan with bold global influences.

Seasonality is the soul of Atoboy’s menu, and this spring’s refresh leans into lighter, brighter flavors. New standouts include a delicate melon with poblano, labneh, and egg yolk, a striking fluke with ganjang, persimmon, and woodear mushroom, and a punchy squid dish with sesame, chili, and cilantro. Heartier additions like oxtail sooyuk with napa cabbage and buchu muchim, and pork galbi with potato and sunchoke, round out the offerings.

And don’t worry—some cult favorites haven’t gone anywhere. The sea urchin egg jjim still makes a silky, briny appearance, as does the craveable fried chicken, finished with Atoboy’s spicy peanut and “yangyummy” sauces. Dessert brings a twist on tradition with the sujeonggwa granita, inspired by Korean cinnamon punch, topped with burrata, candied walnuts, and lychee.

Atoboy’s thoughtful beverage program includes minimal-intervention wines, craft beers, and an inclusive range of zero-proof options. With a commitment to keeping Korean fine dining both creative and approachable—especially in tough economic times—the team behind Atoboy (and their new project, ACRU) continues to lead by example.
