Balaboosta to Offer Collaborative Dinner with Chef Aarthi Sampath

Chef Einat Admony, of Balaboosta, and Chef Aarthi Sampath, formerly of Junoon, are bringing the flavors of Israel and India together. The family-style menu will be presented on Tuesday, March 8thshowcasing both Israeli and India flavors and techniques, including “Dosa Sabich.”
Chef Samath is well known to the New York City food scene. Aside from her stint at Junoon, she pushed the envelope at the Breslin under Chef April Bloomfield, worked at the prestigious Rainbow Room at Rockefeller Center and was Head Chef at Chinese Tuxedo. She was also a winner on “Beat Bobby Flay, the popular Food Network TV show.
The 4-course, one-night-only dinner at Balaboosta costs $110 per ticket with two seatings at 5:30 and 8pm. Tickets can be purchased via resy.
