Bastille Day at Pastis Brings Paris to NYC

Pastis is going all out for Bastille Day. From July 12–14, Stephen Starr’s beloved Meatpacking District bistro will channel the spirit of a Parisian street fête with red, white, and blue décor, fluttering French flags, and live 1920s-style jazz. Saturday and Sunday brunch (12–4pm) will feature the swinging sounds of a French jazz band, transporting guests straight to the Left Bank.
In addition to its signature steak frites and escargots, Pastis is serving festive drinks including a Bastille Spritz—crafted in partnership with St. Germain—and Laurent Perrier champagne, poured from magnums with flair. It's a weekend of joie de vivre, right in the heart of Manhattan.
