Black Seed Bagels is teaming up with Minnow for a series of *FREE* summer pop-ups featuring Minnow’s popular tinned fish. These will be complimentary giveaways with no strings attached!
Chefs at Eel Bar, Hart’s, and Cervo’s have each created unique preparations featuring Minnow’s popular smoked trout, served on bagels from Black Seed’s classic New York coffee cart which will be stationed outside the restaurants.
The first pop-up will take place at the newly opened Eel Bar, at 252 Broome Street. The restaurant is inspired by the food and wine of the Basque country and Southern France. Each pop-up offering the complimentary bagels is first come, first serve and takes place from 11am - 1pm:
Saturday August 3rd, at Eel Bar: Black Seed sea salt bagel topped with Minnow smoked trout, fresh cheese, Basque pickled peppers, served open face
Saturday August 17th, at Hart’s (506 Franklin Ave, Brooklyn) - Black Seed poppy seed bagel, Minnow smoked trout, whipped ricotta, tomatoes, chili
Saturday September 7th, at Cervo’s (43 Canal St, NYC) - Black Seed plain bagel, Minnow smoked trout, tortilla Española, pickled onions, aioli
In addition, Black Seed will also launch a limited time offering sandwich featuring Minnow’s smoked trout in its shops, starting in mid-August.
