Boozy Ice Cream and Sorbet Arrives at Aubi & Ramsa in NoMad

You’ll need to be 21 or over to enjoy the alcohol-infused treats at Aubi & Ramsa (1165 Broadway) in NoMad. The pre-made cocktails/ice cream contain 4.9 percent alcohol. You can try it inside at a cocktail bar or get it to go. The offerings come in two sizes – a small and large cylinder.

There are champagne offerings (including several vegan varieties). Flavors include Tangerine Mimosa, Japanese Pearl Drop and Straberries and Rose’. Other offerings include The Highland Truffle with Belgium chocolate ice cream, Macallan 12 years and chocolate chunks; Lucky Brownie with Irish cream ice cream, Carolans Irish Cream and organic brownie bits; and Passion Fruit Margarita with passion fruit sorbet and Casamigos. There’s also a Key Lime Martini, White Russian and Affogato. Service is very friendly, and helpful and the flavors are terrific. Just watch out, you may get a little tipsy!
