Brooklyn Dumpling Shop Launches Cro’Sumplings

So what exactly is a Cro’Sumpling? Think crave-worthy dumplings that can be both sweet or savory. Brooklyn Dumpling Shop’s co-founder Stratis Morfogen says the latest creations are a nod to his roots and this family’s 24-hour Greek diner. The new breakfast dumplings include Bacon, Egg & Cheese; Sausage, Egg & Cheese; and Spinach, Egg, & Feta Cheese.

Brooklyn Dumpling Shop is also rolling out new flavors of its signature dumplings including Chicken, Pastrami and PB&J.
