Brooklyn Kura teams up with New Belgium Brewing

Brooklyn Kura, NYC's sake brewery, is teaming up with New Belgium Brewing to release a limited edition Foeder Aged lager called Foeder Kura.

Foeder Kura is a rice based lager, brewed with Brooklyn Kura's sake Kasu (a byproduct of production), which is blended with a portion of foeder-aged golden sour and Jasmine Pearls tea. The result is a floral bouquet of jasmine, pear and honeysuckle.

Foeder Kura is sold in select retailers in NYC, Brooklyn Kura's Industry City taproom and New Belgium’s locations in Colorado and North Carolina ($24/bottle).
