Pasta Night, the pasta-centric Prospect Heights favorite from James Beard Award-nominated chef Renato Poliafito and business partner Joseph Catalanotti, is now serving weekend brunch. Available Friday through Sunday from 11 AM to 3 PM, the new menu leans into comforting Italian-American flavors with a modern spin.

Highlights include Nonna’s Egg Sandwich with chili crisp aioli on housemade focaccia, Panettone French Toast with whipped mascarpone and berries, and a crispy Chicken Milanese Sandwich served with fries and Pasta Night’s signature spicy red pepper–saffron sauce.

Also new to the menu is the Burghy, a stacked burger with cheddar, bacon jam, lettuce, and tomato on a brioche bun. For dessert, the team has introduced a Spumoni Sundae layered with vegan salted pistachio gelato, Amarena cherries, whipped cream, sprinkles, and a brownie borrowed from Poliafito’s nearby café, Ciao, Gloria.

Daily Aperitivo Hour from 3–5 PM adds even more appeal, with shareable snacks like a mortadella and burrata platter or cannellini bean dip with toasted focaccia. Guests can pair bites with $10 Negronis or spritzes, or a $5 glass of house wine.

Pasta Night offers classic trattoria vibes with a Brooklyn edge whether you're stopping by for brunch, dinner, or cocktails and snacks.
