Carnegie Diner & Cafe just celebrated its second anniversary at 828 8th Avenue with flair bartending from Shake Sip & Fire and a festive dinner highlighting what has made the diner a Times Square favorite. Since opening in 2023, the sleek 5,500-square-foot space has reimagined the classic American diner with a modern twist—offering all-day breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner in a lively yet laid-back setting.

Helmed by Executive Chef and Owner Stathis Antonakopoulos, Carnegie Diner is known for its sky-high pancakes, massive burgers, juicy ribeyes, towering milkshakes, and its decadent 24 Layer chocolate cake. It also holds the distinction of being the first U.S. diner to launch a full plant-based menu, featuring vegan takes on diner staples like Impossible Burgers and Souvlaki Platters.

Looking ahead, Carnegie Diner is expanding with a new location set to open next month at West 47th Street and 6th Avenue in Manhattan’s Diamond District. The new spot will bring its signature comfort food and generous hospitality to another high-traffic corner, continuing its mission to serve classic diner fare with a New York City edge.
