This Bastille Day, Grand Brasserie at Grand Central invites New Yorkers to experience a taste of Paris without ever leaving Midtown. From Friday, July 11 through Monday, July 14, the elegant 400-seat brasserie in Vanderbilt Hall will celebrate France’s national holiday with festive food, live accordion music, and a sparkling seasonal cocktail.
The special menu from Executive Chef Guillaume Thivet—who hails from Southwest France—features elevated takes on French classics like coq au vin, merguez, tomato carpaccio, and cherry clafoutis. The highlight? La Fête 75 ($19), a vibrant twist on the French 75 featuring pêche, strawberry, ginger, blanc vermouth, and Crémant. Whether you're staying for dinner or passing through on the way to other citywide celebrations, it’s a chic and spirited way to fête liberté at the heart of Grand Central.
