Spring has officially arrived in New York, and with it comes THE GALLERY by odo’s limited-edition Sakura Bento — a stunning, seasonal lunch inspired by Japan’s Hanami tradition.

Crafted by Chef Hiroki Odo and his team, the $75 bento features delicate ingredients like bamboo shoots, asparagus, and cherry blossoms, capturing the fleeting beauty of sakura season. It’s served in an artfully arranged, four-compartment box available now through late April/early May (ingredient availability pending), during lunch only, Tuesday–Sunday, 11:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Inside the Sakura Bento:

Box A: Chirashi sushi with assorted seafood and a seasonal medley of tamagoyaki, karaage, miso-grilled yellowtail, and more

Box B: Miso & Namafu Gratin with asparagus and kabocha

Box C: Spring mushroom salad with maitake, shimeji, shiitake, and shishito

Box D: Housemade cold soba with bamboo shoot, bonito flakes, wasabi, and nori

To pair, odo Lounge debuts its Sakura Cocktail. Created by head bartender Rhon Romero, it blends rice shochu, sakura cordial, sakura pearls, and honey.
