Chopped Champion Annisha Garcia Opens Burrito Pop-up at The Ready Rooftop

Chef Annisha Garcia—three-time “Chopped” champion and the mastermind behind Son del North—is bringing her viral, must-try burritos to The Ready Rooftop at the Moxy East Village (112 East 11th Street) for a limited eight-week pop-up.
The menu will include a Carne Asada Burrito, with grilled carne asada, Monterey Jack cheese, guacamole, and salsa roja wrapped in a warm tortilla; Cauliflower Chorizo con Papas Burrito ($14), made with cauliflower “chorizo,” crispy potatoes, and zesty salsa verde; a Hibiscus Sol Margarita, made with Old Mexico tequila, hibiscus syrup, and lime juice; and a Jamaica Fresca made with Ketel Orange, unsweetened iced tea, and hibiscus tea.
