Nansense, Afghan, The Deco, Food Hall, NYC

In our quest to find the city's most interesting bites, we take you to Nansense specializing in Afghan cuisine at The Deco food hall in Midtown. Beef and onion dumplings called Mantu are worth a visit. They are topped with garlic yogurt, split chickpeas and dried mint & cilantro. It's an excellent bite! Diners will also find crispy turnovers called Bolani and Korma, a tomato stew with choice of chicken, beef, potato and eggplant. For dessert, there is a milk puddiing called Ferni with cardamom and pistachio.
