Cocktail Time - L'Orange at Bar Blondeau

Bar Blondaeu, the sexy new bar at the Wythe Hotel from the Le Crocodile team, is serving up some signature cocktails from beverage director Rafa Garcia Fambles.
L'Orange is among them. This frozen concoction is made with Orange Wine, Lillet Blanc, Swedish-style Aquavit and Orange Oil. It is the perfect respite for a hot summer day.
Also available is the Garden Leave with English Gin, Icelandic Spring Water, Italicus Rosolio, Dry Botanical Soda and Cucumber, and the L'Apero Spritz with Aperol, Prosecco, Verjus Rosé, Bitter Bianco and Lemon Oil.
And while there you might want to share some oysters from the raw bar.
