Cocktail Time: The Gold Digger at Casa TuLuM

CASA TuLuM, the Mexican restaurant by Chef Rodrigo Abrajan in the Seaport, is hoping to strike gold with its newest cocktail. Known for its serious margarita program, the restaurant is unveiling its newest creation - an extravagant, and extremely Instagrammable cocktail aptly named The Gold Digger. It will debut just in time for National Margarita Day on February 22^nd. 

The cocktail is composed of Clase Azul Añejo Tequila, Grand Marnier Cuvee Louis Alexandre, yuzu, organic blue agave nectar, 24k edible gold, and hickory campfire sea salt.  The Gold Digger also lives up to its name in another way.  The luxurious margarita is priced at $80. Guests do get to keep the beautiful souvenir glass that the cocktail is served in.
