Attention Brooklynites. There is a new cocktail menu available at the popular Mexcan eatery Aldama, and the Mt. Fuji, created by partner Christopher Reyes, is proving to be a big hit.
The drink combines 1.5 oz Anejo Tequila. 0.5 oz Pear Liqueur. 0.5 oz Lemon Juice, 3 oz Fuji Apple Juice and 1 tsp cane syrup. The ingredients are then placed into to a cocktail shaker and strained into a Collins glass over ice, and then garnished with Fuji Apple slices.
Other cocktail options include the Gibson, the Madero, the Tiki Taki and the Tropico, all of which pair wonderfully with the inventive menu that includes favorites like guacamole, carne asado, taco de trompo, and pulpo zarandeado.
