There are cocktails and then there are cocktails perfect for the season. One of those cocktails is The Sakura Fizz (above) named in honor of cherry blossom season. The drink by Ivan Papic (below), Beverage Director at GG Tokyo (formerly Pastis, Balthazar and Macau Trading) consists of cherry blossom infused Roku gin, shisho citrus, lemon, hibiscus, and seltzer.
Other offerings include a Truffle Martini with truffle infused Elit vodka, unami bitter, and parmesan crisp; The Golden Monkey (below) made with toki Japanese whisky, giffard banana du brésil, lemon, pandan lead and egg white; and the Eeehhh, a mix of restoration rye, ichiko shochu, borghetti coffee liqueur, and demerara orange.
