Corima Celebrates Anniversary with Michelin-Starred Collaboration

To mark its one-year anniversary, Corima, the Michelin-starred Modern Northern Mexican restaurant from Chef Fidel Caballero, will host Chef Seth Stowaway of San Francisco’s Michelin-starred Osito for a one-night-only collaborative dinner on January 15th. The chefs will create a special tasting menu celebrating bold, seasonal flavors and live-fire cooking. Tickets are $180 per person via Resy. Corima, recently named one of Bon Appetit’s Best New Restaurants of 2024, is the only NYC eatery to make the list.
