On February 11, Corima, the Michelin-starred modern Mexican restaurant from Chef Fidel Caballero, will host an extraordinary one-night-only Taco Omakase dinner in NYC’s Chinatown. The six-course experience will showcase Caballero's inventive tacos alongside expertly paired wines from Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico, presented by renowned producers Noel Téllez of Bichi Wines and Oscar Mancillas of Radicante.
Téllez, a pioneer in Mexican natural wines since 2014, and Mancillas, introducing his domaine from France’s Roussillon region to New York for the first time, will guide guests through a unique fusion of flavors. Tickets are $72 per person, with an optional wine pairing for $50. Reservations are available via Resy.
