The Fulton’s Crawfish Boil is back, and this year it’s bigger, bolder, and ready for its Instagram moment. On Monday, June 9th, Chef Jean-Georges' waterfront gem at the Seaport will transform its patio into a Southern-style feast with fresh crawfish, corn, potatoes, and all the spicy trimmings, served family-style for a communal dining experience. Expect seafood lovers donning playful crawfish hats for the perfect photo op, while unlimited chilled rosé flows and a live band sets the summer tone against the iconic backdrop of the Brooklyn Bridge.

The evening unfolds in four indulgent courses: a towering Seafood Plateau and sashimi with spicy white ponzu to start, followed by Fulton favorites like the Caesar, warm octopus with fresh mozzarella, and crispy soft shell crab. The main event—a heaping crawfish boil—arrives with classic sides like onion rings and cole slaw before finishing on a sweet note with summer peach and raspberry cobbler pie and pillowy beignets dipped in rich chocolate. At $228 per guest, it’s not just a meal—it’s a Seaport summer tradition in the making. Tickets via Resy.
