HOWOO and DubuHaus, two buzzed-about Korean restaurants, are now offering lunch service in Midtown Manhattan. Located side by side in a shared 28,000-square-foot space stretching from 31st to 32nd Street, the sister restaurants each bring a unique perspective to Korean cuisine—HOWOO through high-end barbecue with premium cuts, and DubuHaus through a sleek, tofu-forward menu.

At HOWOO, lunch options center around Butcher’s Lunch Selections like the Prime and Elite packages, showcasing A5 Miyazaki wagyu, dry-aged ribeye, and snow-marbled short rib. Guests can also enjoy savory dishes like japchae with glass noodles, oyster mushrooms & spinach, egg soufflé with fermented shrimp, rotating banchan, and a green tea soft serve made with Boseong tea leaves.

DubuHaus takes a different approach, offering comforting, housemade tofu dishes crafted fresh daily from organic, non-GMO soybeans. Highlights include the silky chodang dubu, seafood soondubu in a spicy broth, pork kimchi kongbiji, chilled perilla oil buckwheat noodles, and a five-grain pot rice with gingko, shiitake, and quinoa. Korean staples like makgeolli and soju round out the experience.

Reservations are available for both restaurants via Resy.
