Rock & Roll meets Drag Queens on Saturday July 23rd when Flatiron’s Vinyl Steakhouse hosts the second of their monthly Turnt-Table Brunch, a drag brunch and listening party hosted by Adriana Trenta and Islaya. The event kicks off at 12pm with the Vinyl team spinning queer classics on vinyl, followed by a drag show at 1pm featuring vinyl record themed games, dancing and, of course, great music from the restaurant’s vinyl collection of 2,000 records.
The prix-fixe brunch menu for the event includes an entrée and 2 signature brunch cocktails with options like Brioche French Toast with bourbon maple syrup; Avocado Toast with poached eggs; and Kale Salad with bleu cheese croquettes and poached egg.
As for drinks, look for the Chef's Signature Bloody Mary – everything made in house except the vodka; a Champagne Mimosa with proper Baron Albert Champagne (no prosecco or cava here!); and the Dancing Queen with gin, banana liqueur, sherry and lemon juice. Turnt-Table Listening Party & Drag Brunch is $65 per person, reservations via Eventbrite.
Vinyl Steakhouse is a next generation destination for steak, cocktails and vinyl records. Owners Kevin and Sofia Flannery celebrate inclusivity and accommodate all – no stuffy steakhouse vibes here!
