Drift In, by the team behind Grand Banks, is drawing a crowd at Pier 45 in Hudson River Park. The outdoor spot is offing lots of outdoor seating. Diners will find a surf-and-turf menu, including a lobster BLT, shellfish boil and lobster macaroni & cheese. Cocktails include Mimosas and Bellinis, and signature driinks like the Seaworthy with Japanese Bermutto, lemon and witbier and Island Time with Palo Cortado sherry, pineapple, coconut, orange and lime. Beer and wine is also sold. On weekends, brunch (10am-2pm) brings a section of oysters and Lobster Eggs Benedict.
