Basque restaurant Ernesto's is partnering with food editor Anna Hezel on a dinner taking place at the restaurant Thursday, May 18th, in celebration of her new book Tin to Table: Fancy, Snacky, Recipes for Tin-thusiasts and A-fish-ionados.
The one-night-only collaboration dishes include: Mussel Croquetas, Vermut Hour Seafood and Chips Tower, Canned Clams and Jamon Fideos, Spanish Vermicelli Noodle Vongole with Jamon, Tuna Salad Bikini Melt, Conserva Tempura (frito misto), Brandade Tarts (whipped salt cod).
Ernesto's will offer special dishes inspired by recipes from the book, alongside their regular menu. Reservations are available via Resy.
