Michelin-starred Cote is taking its Korean steakhouse cuisine curb-side. While you might not be able to watch your favorite steak being cooked at your table, there is plenty to cheer about. Look for dishes like Fried Chicken made with Amish chickens brined overnight and fried until crispy. It's served with a bone-reduction sauce. Then there's the Butcher's Bowl with three cuts of USDA prime beef over rice, and Niman Ranch Galbi made with Chef Shim's signature diamond-cut short ribs (also available raw for you home chefs). At the high end, diners will find Japanese A5 Wagyu from Miyasaki Prefecture aka the "champagne of meats." For more goodness check out the full menu.
