GERTIE to Launch Bagel Pop-up in Prospect Heights

GERTIE, known for its hand-rolled, kettle boiled bagels in Williamsburg, is now hosting a weekly Bagel Pop-Up every Friday in February out of Amorina in Prospect Heights.
GERTIE’s bagel pop-up will operate from 8:30 am until sell out, starting Friday, February 7 and running on each subsequent Friday through the 28th. Guests have the choice of a plain or everything bagel in the following formats:
• Classic Bagel & Schmear (choice of schmear)
• GERTIE’s Bagel (Scallion Schmear, Tomato, Red Onion, Capers, choice to add Lox)
• Hy’s Bagel (House Smoked Whitefish Salad, Scallion Schmear & Pickled Peppers)
• Pastrami, Egg & Cheese (House Beef Pastrami, Two Eggs & Schmear w/ Gertie Hot Sauce & Pickled Peppers)
