Gatto Bianco by Fancy Feast in NYC Will Be Open for Two Nights

National cat food brand Fancy Feast will open Gatto Bianco by Fancy Feast, an Italian-style trattoria at 622 Hudson Street, to celebrate its new globally inspired Medleys recipes. There will be four reservations available for tables of two per evening, beginning at 6:30pm, on August 11 and 12. The restaurant will begin taking reservations on August 4 at noon.
The dishes (for humans!), which take their inspiration from Fancy Feast Medleys recipes, have been created by Fancy Feast's in-house chef, Amanda Hassner, along with acclaimed New York restaurateur Cesare Casella. Options will include salmon Osso Bucco, Tuscan-style spareribs with rigatoni, and braised beef in wine with spinach and polenta.
There will also be a special appearance by the iconic Fancy Feast cat herself!
