If you ever had a fear of cracking open your own lobster to reach all of that luscious meat or create your own lobster roll, this is your chance.
Burger & Lobster (39 W 19th St) in Flatiron is launching its first-ever Lobster Masterclass on May 12th. Executive Chef Danny Lee will demonstrates how to effectively eat and break down a lobster along with a demo on how to create the restaurant’s classic Lobster Roll.
The session also includes a cocktail upon arrival, choice of one appetizer and dessert per person, as well as a tour of the restaurant and lobster tank. You will also learn how to tell the difference between a make and female lobster.
Classes are held on monthly basis with the next session taking place on Thursday, June 9 at the Bryant Park location. Classes are held from 6-8pm and cost $80 per person.
