ISHQ, which translates to “love” in Hindi, has quickly become a standout on Manhattan’s dining scene, celebrated for its heartfelt approach to Indian cuisine. Now, Executive Chef-Owner Vamshi Adi invites diners to experience a new chapter with the launch of an à la carte brunch menu, available Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The offerings bring a contemporary touch to classic Indian flavors, reflecting Chef Adi’s passion for storytelling through food.

Brunch highlights include Palak Paneer Kofta—silky cottage cheese dumplings nestled in a rich spinach curry—and Tandoori Lamb Chops, served with crisp laccha pyaaz and vibrant mint chutney. Vegetable Paniyaram, delicate rice dumplings paired with dry garlic thecha and tomato peanut chutney, offers a playful contrast to the hearty Chicken Sliders, layered with chili onions and a cilantro spread on brioche buns. Sides such as buttery naan and Masala French Fries provide satisfying accompaniments to any dish.

To complement the flavors, ISHQ has crafted a selection of brunch cocktails, like the Java Plum Mimosa, blending prosecco with jamun juice and black salt, and the Gulaab, a rose-infused bellini with hibiscus and gold dust. True to its name, ISHQ’s brunch menu celebrates love in every detail—love for tradition, innovation, and a meal that lingers in memory.
