Jordan Donica to Join Broadway’s Sunset Blvd.

Broadway favorite Jordan Donica will take over the role of Max Von Mayerling in Jamie Lloyd’s acclaimed Broadway revival of the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical “Sunset Blvd.”, now at the St. James Theatre, on Tuesday, June 10. He replaces original cast member David Thaxton, who departs on June 8.
In the show, Max is the devoted manservant of former silent movie star Norma Desmond (played by Nicole Scherzinger), who has fallen in love with much younger screenwriter Joe Gillis (played by Tom Francis).
Donica’s previous New York stage roles include Lancelot in “Camelot,” Freddy in “My Fair Lady,” Raoul in “Phantom of the Opera” and Rapunzel’s Prince in “Into the Woods”
